At HorizonTravelLink, we are committed to providing exceptional wedding planning services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our return policy to address any cancellations or changes to our services.
1. Deposits and Payments
Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our wedding planning services. This deposit covers initial consultations, venue scouting, and preliminary planning tasks.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance will be due according to the payment schedule outlined in your agreement with HorizonTravelLink.
2. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel our services, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:
More than 90 days before the event: You will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
60-89 days before the event: 50% of the total contract amount will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Less than 60 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.
Vendor Cancellations: If a third-party vendor cancels their services, we will work diligently to find a suitable replacement. Refunds for vendor cancellations will be subject to the individual vendor's return policy.
3. Changes to Services
Client-Initiated Changes: If you wish to make changes to the scope of our services, please notify us in writing. We will accommodate your requests to the best of our ability. Additional fees may apply based on the nature and extent of the changes.
HorizonTravelLink-Initiated Changes: In the unlikely event that we need to make significant changes to our services, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives. If no suitable alternatives are available, you may choose to cancel the contract and receive a full refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
4. Force Majeure
HorizonTravelLink is not liable for any failure to perform, or delays in performing, any of our obligations under this agreement caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other emergencies ("Force Majeure Events"). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will work with you to reschedule the event or make alternative arrangements.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
